Terms of Sale
Our main priority is doing everything we can to help you throughout the entire process of investing in artwork. If you are interested in purchasing a painting, or have any questions at all, please don’t hesitate to send a message on the Contact page. We’ll do our best to assist you in every way possible.
Additional Images/Videos Available Upon Request:
If you’d like to see additional images/videos of any painting listed online, please send an email to jimmyhallart@gmail.com with the name of the piece (or a link to the piece), and we’ll take multiple photos and videos. These will include close-up shots of the entire painting so that you can see all of the details and colors.
Varnishing & Finishing:
Upon the sale of each painting, the piece is carefully inspected and treated with matte varnish for enhanced protection and longterm preservation.
All paintings are signed on the back side of the canvas or panel, with the title of the painting, studio name, location of signing, date of signing, artist signature and artist name. If you’d like additional information added, or if you’d like the paintings signed on the front (bottom-right, small signature), please request this with your order.
Custom Framing:
By default, paintings are sold without frames. However, professional framing is available for purchase by request.
I have partnered with local artisan Wood Craft + Carpentry to offer high-quality, handmade frames.

Shipping:
Free Shipping in the U.S. 48 contiguous states (if located outside of this area, please send an email for a custom shipping quote)
The finished piece is shipped in a large, cardboard box with protective padding and waterproofing surrounding the artwork.
Unframed paintings on hardboard panel or stretched canvas ship within 5 business days of purchase via UPS Ground.
Unframed paintings on unrolled/unstretched canvas ship within 2 business days of purchase via UPS Ground.
Framed paintings ship within 14 days of purchase via UPS Ground.
Tracking information is sent upon shipment.
Returns:
Returns are accepted only for orders that are damaged during shipping.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at jimmyhallart@gmail.com to report the damaged item. Please include a photo of the product’s damage and the packaging how it arrived. Once the images are received and the damage is confirmed, we will send a free return label and further instructions on how to re-package the painting and send back to Jimmy Hall Art.
Please measure your walls and spaces carefully before ordering to ensure your selected painting size will fit.
Payments:
Payments are securely processed via Stripe Payment Processing Platform and accept the following methods: Visa (credit and debit cards), MasterCard (credit and debit cards), American Express, Discover (US merchants only) and Apple Pay.
